Cheney: Right or Wrong?

Dick "Cheeny" is one of those do whatever you like because you can politicians. Criticizing the Obama administration because he simply ignored the facts of what Obama said and hearing what he wanted to here.

CHENEY: "I think it's a terrible decision. President Obama made the announcement some weeks ago that this would not happen, that his administration would not go back and look at or try to prosecute CIA personnel. And the effort now is based upon the inspector generals report that was sent to the Justice Department five years ago, was completely reviewed by the Justice Department in years past."

Obama said He would leave it up to the Attorney General and the Justice department to decide. Which is what I believe was the proper action to take. If they went beyond the interrogation limits they should be prosecuted. Many believe they where doing it for "the greater good" to "protect our country from further terrorist attacks." But they didn't protect us, they put us in more danger because we lost our allies.

No one is above the law Cheney not me, not you, not Obama, no one.

H1N1

If been thinking for days now, on how to comment on the H1N1 Virus... seeing it's a very delicate topic. So what I will say is that you should definitely be seriously concerned of the hygiene of young children, if you are especially in southern states try to wear a mask, their are many ways to stay healthy.

Many are calling it a "Epidemic" though the WHO hasn't called it that. Yet.Though it has spread all over the world. Many are especially interested in this virus, because they believe it's a conspiracy, and that this "virus" was manufactured in a lab. Whether it's true or not, I wouldn't dare suggest it.

Their are those who make jokes about the swine flu because of it's name. On the Daily show it was said "while they're still swabbing pigs... I'll be rolling around in raccoon flu money!" Though this may appear to be funny to some it's serious to those who've died. On the news today it was stated that a woman in Texas has died. But she was already very ill, so H1N1 just finished her off, or put her out of her misery if that's how you want to say it.

The name "Swine flu" has caused quite an uproar from pig farmers, bacon eaters, hamburger lovers though everyone already knows hamburger isn't ham... it's cow. The dislike of this name and fear of pigs has been solely expressed in Egypt where all pigs were ordered to be slaughtered by the Egyptian government. So, they wanted to call it Mexican flu, but the ambassador from Mexico said this would be offensive to Mexicans. Hehe no kidding. The official name for the virus in the United States of America is "H1N1".

There was a segment on Hope TV, today they were talking with this guy who was on the Oprah show. He was telling Oprah how the food industry was feeding dead cows.... to cows. Oprah looked to the man behind her, who I believe was in the food industry and she asked is that true? She swore of Hamburgers... while on air. Oprah was sued. This is probably worse than what happened there, because people didn't slaughter the cows. It's worse than when E coli had infected lettuce and millions of Americans refrained from eating lettuce and billions of dollars were lost. Even just to be safe people are swearing off that morning bacon.

What has happened to news?

Some of the teachers were over yesterday. And we were watching CNN. When a story came on about the Obama's day out. Now this is an exaggeration of what they said. But the 7 minute thing is true. and some other things.

The Obama's went to POTUS and LOTUS, the most exciting resturant in Washington. Where they had two martinis. Barack took out the olive and placed it on the puse colored 100 count napkin. They had the most exquisite dessert. In which Michelle took her silver dessert fork (gasp) and gently just slightly so not to ruin the dessert scraped of the whipped cream.

After they finished their dessert they talked and laughed candidly. Then rose from their seats paid for the meal, and briskly walked out the door arm in arm. ONLY to be greeted again by the same 200 something people that were their while they arrived. They smiled and waved for 5.43 minutes, and then got into their armoured plated cars with snipers in the back seat.

When they arrived at the White House (Black house) they took a 7 minute walk. In which they simultaneously stopped to look at each other or the sunset. Then they smiled and waved again and disappeared into that marvelous building.
NOW... is this so important that it deserves a whole segment on CNN?? You decide.

Miley, Miley, Miley o wow.

"Make a sex tape and grow up ... Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe. Catch chlamydia on a bicycle seat." -- Jamie Foxx, talking about Miley Cyrus on his radio show.

Jamie Foxx publicly apologized for slamming ms.Cyrus. I for one was quite shocked. o_O

"I so apologize to [Miley], and this is sincere," he told host Jay Leno after the controversy was brought up. "I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don't mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far."

Snakes on a plane... literally

I was just browsing through when I saw... 4 Baby Pythons escape from a passenger container in Melbourne, Austrailia. While they were one the pllane. This snakes are novenomous and are about 6 inches... for now! (evil cackle) These snakes have not been found (dramatic pause) if you are in austrailia, sleep with your eyes open. (Dramatic music) and in other news.

Number one on the list of America's Scariest roads... drum roll please... HIGHWAY 1 (hey go figure highway one got number one) Big Sur, California. With two lanes inbetween Monterey and Morro bay. If you did fall off Bixbey bridge you'd be looking into "liquid oblivion."

In sports, We're taking a look at all of the sta athletes who lost money... big time. The top 5 were:
1. Mike Tyson (from tyson's chicken?)
2. Latrell Sprewell
3. Michael Vick
4. O.J Simposon (yes now we use his intitals as short for orange juice. poor guy)
5. Bjorn Borg (never heard of him)

And legendary NFL coach John Madden is calling it quits, ending his broadcating career. Personally legendary is a understatement.

Burger King famous for the wonderful slogan, "Have it your way" is withdrawing their ad after complaints from Mexican ambassador. Sorry padre.

In international news... the founder of Thailand's yellow shirt movement that shut down airports last year, was attacked by gunmen. He was shot and wounded. The government when informed, then quickly tightened security around prime minister Abhisit Vejjajjiva.

In South Korea: Military jets were rumored to have been seen in skies. Whether South Korea, is getting involved seriously in this crazy ordeal, no "real" statement has been released. But many people are wondering how to punish North Korea, for breaking the "deal." The sleeping dragon (China) and Russia did not agree to this "punishment" of North Korea. What did you expect? Communist got to stick together.

In business: With huge losses from food poisoning recalls just a little oversight from the FDA. An aggrement was made and it's called the Leafy Green Products Handler Marketing Agreement. Since the FDA's 1,000 something inspectors aren't doing their jobs, inspecting for hours whether the water is chlorinated enough to kill germs, or checking for animal tracks, it now has to pay the state money so that auditors can inspect the farm fields for safety.

In Japan: Youngin's are going back to the farm! Yee-haw! Many who have degrees in computer sciences and management, and even landscaping are being let go. There is a government program that let's young japanese go to farms and learn... well how to farm. The squad is even called -Inaka-de-hatarakitai- which means "We want to work in the country side!" Japanese exports fell about 50-percent in February.

“Young people want jobs, and farmers need the extra hands,” said Isao Muneta, an agriculture ministry official who coordinates the 1.3 billion yen ($13 million) program, which is part of a larger stimulus package. “It’s the perfect match.” But the problem is there isn't enough farming jobs. Farmers just can't afford any extra help even when it's needed. The ones who do find work get about 7,000 yen, or like $70 a day. That's 208,501.86 JPY. $2,100 a month. Some agriculture jobs pay less than $1,500 a month. But these youngins who were raised taught not to waste a single grain of rice. Will make it out strong.

Dragonball evolution

Dragonball evolution wasn't the best action movie I've seen. I've seen better from James Wong as well. I feel one mistake the made was calling it, 'Dragonball Evolution' when the series is called 'Dragonball Z'. Come on, If it's Batman you call it Batman, If it's superman you call it superman.

I also feel 'King' Piccolo wasn't introduced properly as the evil war lord he truly is. Throughout the movie he just was the Gay Green Guy who can't fight. At the end we finally saw some major Piccolo power. Goku's hair wasn't spikey enough for me, but when he gelled it down just for it to spring back up, that was maybe the funniest part throughout the movie.

Yamcha and Bulma were in the movie but Krillin, Bwar and Oolong weren't. Piccolo's minions were in the movie, but Piccolo junior never made an appearance which I found even more distasteful. James Chatwin starred as Goku. Chi chi was in the movie, I really enjoyed seeing Yun-Fat Chow in the movie as Master Roshi, and Emmy Rossum as Bulma. Being in South Korea many were excited to hear Park Hyun-Joon also known as Joon Park (박준형) was in the movie as Yamcha.

All I can say is though there were many blunders for me being a Dragonball Z fan, it was an ok movie. One things for sure it has taken over Asian Box offices.

More Chrihanna drama.... and others.

Well. As it turns out Crihanna are now married. They eloped how not romantic... It was confirmed by ex pop twit Mandy Moore, and alt-country maverick Ryan Adams. Who also got married. Strange eh?

Chris Brown has withdrawn himself from the Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards. Parents didn't believe that he was a good role model and many agree. Chris Brown's Kiss Kiss was up for favorite song too aww. Rihanna's Don't Stop the Music is still in the running and is far more appropriate than Katy Perry's Kissed a Girl, and Beyonce's Single Ladies.

Oprah Winfrey was against the reconciliation and used Domestic Violence as the of her topics on her show. Saying "if he hit you once he'll hit you again". Tyra Banks also spoke on the Crihanna drama on her show the 'Tyra Banks Show'.

Chris Brown has recently been charged with two felonies, from the rihanna heat. Meanwhile he's losing lots of money. No gum commercial, No Award. No Celebrity Goodie Tent from Nick. Aww. I like those. Talk about Everybody hates Chris.

Rihanna and Mandy weren't the only girls in headlines. Miley had some wierd trouble herself. According to a recent Miley radio interview, on Grammy night her manager tried to arrange a meeting between her and the band, of whom she is a huge fan, and they declined. "I left [the Grammy ceremony] 'cause I was so upset," she griped. "I wasn't going to watch. Stinkin' Radiohead! I'm gonna ruin them! I'm going to tell everyone."

This week radiohead responded ever so kindly to Miley's threats of ruin. "When Miley grows up, she'll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement." (sizzle) I felt the burn on that one, sorry miles.

Bristol Palin... experiencing more than painful breakup but exaggeration of it too.

"Bristol Palin, 18-year-old daughter of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and mother of 2-month-old Tripp, is not a statistic. But as word spreads of her recent split from 19-year-old fiance Levi Johnston, she joins 13.6 million parents raising children alone. With this break up, her baby becomes one of the 26 percent of children under the age of 21 growing up in a single parent household in the United States." by Jessica Ashley, Shine Staff

Honestly. She'll be ok. Mommy will take care of her. Then imagine, Mcpain in the White House, and poof. Eventually, America would have recovered, flushed and flustered in all. So do what you can Bristol... whatever that is.

Jonathan Krohn

He is a one kid wonder. Jonathan Krohn author of 'Define Conservatism'. He addressed CPAC for 2 minutes and then had a book signing. This is what people want to see in kids today. What America needs are Jonathan Krohn clones running around being active. He is still a kid. He still plays basketball with the neighborhood kids and hangs out with his church on Sundays.
So all I can say is "Here's looking at you kid."

His two minute speech at CPAC:

S/S Romantic Comedies in my Book.

Bride Wars- Anne Hathaway, Kate Hudson, Candice Bergen, Bryan Greenberg, Chris Pratt, Steve Howey. Do I have to say anymore?? Well two best friends weddings get scheduled on the same day at the same time at the same place(the plaza). Liv (played by Hudson) is a no joke Lawyer, who rivals Emma (Hathway) in the film to try and ruin each others wedding day.

He's Just not That Into You- Another beautifully star studded and directed movie. With stars like Scarllet Johannson, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly and Kevin Connolly. It was all based on the lovely book. 'He's Just not that into you: The No-Excuses truth about understanding Guys'

Will the Economic Crisis cause crime rate to shoot sky high?

Stealing is now something in the norm. Though it shouldn't be. Will the economic crisis send the crime rate up the charts?

The economic crisis has hit many of us on our usual update on technology, and fashion. Many are going insane, but what will we do when we can no longer afford the things we need. Is the American economy going down because of the countries it supports. The military funds, and man power that is put in to defend 3rd world countries like Iraq and so on. Or just to defend countries that are being oppressed by it's civil war broken half such as South Korea.

In South Korea, the crime rate has already escalated. I'm sure in many other countries it has as well. But With Obama trying to spend our way out of the economic crisis, which isn't helping, and the rest of the world yapping at America's heels like little kids looking to their mom or dad and saying, "Now what?"

Japan's youth is being affected, many are being let go. And have to return to the farm. While the farming business in America isn't to hot either, seeing with thousands and millions lost with the E-coli and other such annoyances breaking out last year. More precautions are being taken as Americans didn't each lettuce for weeks.

People speak of the depression like it's over. But I personally believe that it still here, and will probably forever be.

Obama and Miles Rawls

Friday night at the Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls game. Obama was sitting court side just a few rows in front of trash talker Miles Rawls.

I saw the picture of Obama getting into it with a Washington wizards fan, wearing a Obama for America t-shirt I was instantly interested. When I heard that fan was Miles Rawls, I had to ask myself, the commisioner of the Goodman leauge down in Barry Farms??

"The usher told me I had to be on my best behavior," Rawls recalled. "I said ' For what?' She said, 'The President's sitting right in front of you.' I said "Well, he best enjoy the show, because y'all know I don't pull no punches. For $285, y'all know what I do. I have me a good time." Miles Rawls interview with Washington Post.

If we have a President who can trash talk with Miles Rawls, we have an excellent President.

Facebook's Privacy and Dependability Decreased

As you may know. Facebook has over 175 millions users. One of those many members is me and many of my friends. The privacy we signed up for has been taken away from us. The terms of service changed. A piece of ourselves stolen.

Facebooks terms of service reads:

By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. "

If they decide to take your information and use it for a survey, or someone somehow get's your personal information. (for example a hacker)

"You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any User Content, any Third Party Applications, Software or Content you post or share on or through the Site (including through the Share Service), your use of the Service or the Site, your conduct in connection with the Service or the Site or with other users of the Service or the Site, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party."

That's not what I signed up for. I signed up for privacy for justicei f it was undone, or if their site was inefficent they would take responsibility. But that shows you sometimes the fineprint is smaller than you think.

Obama History Maker

Well. Congrats America, and the rest of the World. You are now in the hands of our most trusted black man (obviously) and his mosted trusted man. All I can say is Adieu 2008 bonjour 2009 and welcome the year of new beginnings and new ends.
